Killara and District Softball Club is run by volunteers for the benefit of its players. No club officials receive any financial compensation for their efforts. If you have a problem or complaint, you should absolutely feel free to join the committee and make change from the inside.
Problems with payments through the site
If you make a payment through the website, you do so with the understanding that sometimes things go wrong with technology. If something unexpected happens with your order, call Tracy and she will work with you to find out what went wrong. The club representatives who created this website and set up the collection of payments through the website take no responsibility or liability for any loss. If you have a problem with this, DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT THROUGH THE WEB SITE.
Refunds and returns
If you buy the wrong size, we will swap it for the right size if we have stock, as long as the item has not been used, damaged or marked.
If you change you mind or mis-order, we can refund your money as long as the item has not been used, damaged or marked.
Disclosure
Tracy Mighell owns a company that sells promotional material. On some occasions, she will place orders through her company for club merchandise. These orders are always placed at a heavily discounted price, often at cost. Tracy uses her company purely for convenience and the ease of dealing with known suppliers.
